Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy


Having visited our site and purchased the Coaching Program (“Program”) Membership Service from Coral Consulting Group, LLC, you are subject to the following Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy.  



1.    The Fees for your membership are billed in advance, are non-refundable, and automatically renew on a monthly basis, as specified in your Program.

2.   If you downgrade your Program level, your credit card will be automatically charged the new rate beginning with your next billing cycle. Downgrading your Program may cause the loss of account content or features. Coral Consulting Group does not accept any liability for such loss.

3.   If you upgrade your Program level, your credit card will immediately be charged a pro-rated amount reflecting the increased rate, and you will be charged the full amount of the new rate beginning with your next billing cycle. 

4.   Any discounts applied to a previous membership may not apply to a renewed membership, including any automatic renewals. 

5.   We reserve the right to deactivate your access to the Services for failure to pay applicable fees as described in this agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are stated in U.S. Dollars. 


Monthly Membership

By purchasing a Monthly Membership, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Membership fee at the then-current monthly membership rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time, subject to the terms of our Cancellation Policy. 

Automatic Monthly Renewal Terms: Once you subscribe, Coral Consulting Group will automatically process your pre-paid Monthly Membership fee. Coral Consulting Group will continue to automatically process your Monthly Membership fee each month at the then-current Monthly Membership rate, until you cancel your membership. In the event of a fee increase, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance.   New rates will be charged on the billing cycle following the 30 day notification period. We explain how to cancel your Monthly Membership below at the Section “Cancellation Policy”. 



We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with the services offered.  In the event you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel your membership at any time by clicking on “My Account” and selecting unsubscribe.  If you need help please email us at info@coralcg.comor call us at 833-CORALCG or 646-868-0567. 

If you cancel your Program before the end of your current pre-paid period, you will not be charged again for your Program with the next billing cycle. If you cancel your Program, you will lose all access upon the expiration of your current pre-paid period as well as any data or information stored in your account. If you cancel your Program during a Free Trial Period or Money Back Trial Period, effective upon such cancellation, you will immediately lose all access to the Plan and any data or information stored in your account. 



1.    Coral Consulting Group may offer, during the registration process, a one-time free trial period during which you can try the Coaching Program Services (“Program”) for 30 days from the date you register to use the Program without pre-paying in advance (“Free Trial Period”).  Specific details about your Free Trial Period, if any, can be found by clicking on “My Account” on the Coral Consulting Group Website;

2.   If you participate in a Free Trial Period, you must cancel the Program by the end of the Free Trial Period to avoid incurring any charges.  If you do not cancel before the Free Trial Period expires, you authorize us to charge your credit card the full cost of your Program, as described to you during the registration process.  Your Program will then automatically renew and continue month-to-month, unless you cancel your Program (“Cancellation Policy”) or we terminate it (see Terms and Conditions Section 16 “Termination”).  You will not receive a notice from Coral Consulting Group that your Free Trial Period is about to end or has ended. 

3.   In some instances, the available balance or credit limit on the credit card provided during the registration process may be reduced to reflect the pre-authoriziaton of certain de minimis charges related to your Program; however, no charges will be made against your credit card unless you do no cancel prior to the end of your Free Trial Period. 

4.   You may cancel your Program at any time during the Free Trial Period by following the steps described in the “Cancellation Policy”.  Upon canceling your account, you will immediately lose all access to the Coaching Program Service and any data or information stored within your account. 

5.   Coral Consulting Group reserves the right to modify, cancel and/or limit the Free Trial Period offer at any time.
